We are so thankful for Emily and the Bambino’s team! We had the great fortune of connecting with Emily last year when our son was only 8 months old. Emily is a dedicated and incredibly knowledgeable occupational therapist. Her care and expertise comes across in every session and she makes herself available to answer any questions or concerns we have with our son’s development. We are also grateful to be working with Clair for speech therapy. She has been an amazing addition to our son’s team. She has connected with our son and is always adapting exercises to meet our son’s needs. I cannot begin to express how thankful our family is for Claire. When she first started treating my son, we had no idea what sensory seeking was or even how it was affecting his speech delay. He was in constant flight mode and couldn't focus or sit for longer than 1 minute. Extreme meltdowns were an everyday occurrence because he was so frustrated with not being able to communicate. Through months of observing their sessions together and implementing EVERYTHING she showed us into our daily life, we are finally at a point where he can slow down enough to work on his speech. Not only has she been so supportive of my son but also to me (mom). She is extremely knowledgeable and has provided me with an abundance of information to help my son. She never dismisses any of my concerns and has always made me feel comfortable coming to her. We really appreciate Claire and her dedication to our son.

Our daughter has worked with Claire for almost 2 years and during this time she has made significant progress in OT goals! Our daughter is so excited when Claire arrives! Claire is engaging, patient, kind, and calm, and always brings a variety of familiar toys and new toys to each therapy session in order to improve and refine our daughter's skills. Furthermore, Claire is professional and intuitive. As parents, we ask a lot of questions and Claire helps problem-solve or provides ideas and resources for us to explore. We are so fortunate to have Claire as part of our daughter's team.  

What makes Bambinos so valuable is the expertise of their therapists and the convenience of in-home therapy.  Our daughter has worked with several  Bambinos therapists who work in schools, too.  As a result, the therapists are keenly aware of developmental goals, IEP language, and age-appropriate activities.  They are wonderful at providing suggestions and feedback to help our daughter succeed inside the classroom and in social settings. Also, in-home therapy is the best! The atmosphere is familiar and comfortable and the timing is convenient for busy families. As a result, the hands-on therapy time is maximized.

She was quickly able to develop a rapport with my (super attached to mom) son, which immensely helped him to participate more. Each session, Karianne has new innovative ideas & effective strategies targeted to my son’s needs, but most of all, she makes it so much fun!! She is a Godsend!

He has shown significant growth with Jasmine’s help.

I wanted to take a moment to say a good word about  Mrs. Emily from Bambinos Therapy. Emily is attentive when it came to my son’s needs. She was incredibly patient and adapted well when my son was motivated in other ways. She knew how to keep my sons attention. She made each session interesting. Mrs. Emily took everyday items and found a fun way to play with the object. Emily was punctual and explained what she was doing when I didn't know how the activity benefited him. I am very glad she came into our lives and I was saddened when my son aged out. She made herself available if I have any questions or concerns moving forward.  She is a great asset. Thank you Mrs. Emily again for what you do.

Emily is a gifted occupational therapist who truly has her heart in her occupation. My son has been with Emily for only a short time now, but within that short time I have received more feedback from her than I ever expected. Her expertise shows as I see her engage with my son and she motivates him with her positive energy and patience. She also understands that a 2 year old may need a break or two during the sessions since his mind can’t be focused for too long of a period. She encourages small breaks, but gets him right back on track. My son’s cooperation shows how talented she really is and I couldn’t have asked for a better therapist for him.

There are so many wonderful things we can say about Emily! When we started this unforeseen journey with our son, we were very confused and frustrated. We didn’t know how to help him and he couldn’t tell us what he needed. Emily has guided us through it all. She has provided us the tools and the heart to navigate his world.
